 Holiday Checklist
It’s that time of year again when life gets busy with the holidays and finals. Here are a few reminders for the upcoming holiday season.

*Make arrangements to pay your January 2009 rent. You may leave a postdated check in the office, mail a check (make sure it is postdated by the 2nd), or pay online through this website. Remember you can always slip your check into the drop box. If you are unaware of its location, please stop by the office so we may assist you in locating it. Late fees will still apply, so be sure to have your check in before the 4th of the month!

*If you will be leaving your apartment, please leave your thermostat set to at least 50 degrees- this is not an option. Be sure to leave cabinet doors open underneath all sinks as well. This will protect your apartment and your belongings in the event that we should experience frigid weather. If you should fail to do this, you will be held liable for any damages done to your unit, other units, or the property.

*Temporarily seize all newspaper deliveries to your front door.

*If friends will be checking your apartment, please be sure to leave their name and telephone number with us in a letter before leaving as phone calls will not be accepted.

*Be sure to take all valuables with you and make sure that your windows and doors are secured and locked.

*If you have any maintenance requests, please call them into the office immediately so that we may correct them before leaving for the holidays.
